The following forms allow the campus community and constituents to request web communications, creative development and marketing projects. 

Most of these forms initiate a workflow for the web team via Zendesk - you will receive a confirmation e-mail when requests are received and/or direct communication from a member of our team as your request is processed. **To submit a request not covered by these planners to the Web Team please send a detailed email to **[**<u>web@shu.edu</u>**](mailto:web@shu.edu)**.**
