## How to Access the University Portal

###  **South Orange and IHS Campuses**

1. Log into [PirateNet](https://www.shu.edu/piratenet.html).
2. In the search bar, type** University Portal**.

3. Click on the** University Portal **chiclet.

### **Law Campus**

1. Log into the **[LawNet Portal](https://law.shu.edu/lawnet.html)**.
2. In the search bar, type** University Portal**.

3. Click on the** University Portal.**

Once inside the new University Portal, users will find a personalized homepage featuring bookmarked applications, task widgets, and quick access links, all designed to streamline daily tasks. The portal also includes enhanced search tools that make it easy to locate tools, documents, or information across various departments, helping users navigate campus resources with greater efficiency.

## Personalizing Your University Portal Experience

You'll be greeted with an interactive onboarding walkthrough that guides you through the portal’s layout, key features, and how to customize your dashboard and manage your privacy settings. From academics to administration, the University Portal connects you to what matters most.  

1. **Welcome to Your Dashboard**: An introduction to the portal’s layout and your personal workspace.

2. **Make it Your Own**: Instructions on how to add, remove, and organize cards so you can prioritize the tools and information you use most.
