Faculty can request a Support Role be added to their Canvas course through the Technology Service Desk.
1. Navigate to [Technology Service Desk](https://servicedesk.shu.edu/) and login with your PirateNet Credentials.
2. Under **Common Services**, click on **Canvas **from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose** Add a Support Role to a Course **and follow prompts to complete the form.
**Please note:**** **This process requires approval by university staff member(s) before request can be completed.
